We introduced our new occasional series on the American Woman in our last post and were promptly overtaken by events. The recent loss of rock and roll great Tom Petty reminded us of his 1977 hit song, American Girl, ranked one of the 100 greatest guitar songs of all time.
So today, with thanks to Mr Petty, we present this video to give a glimpse of the American Woman.
